Oh my god, the service was fantastic! My car was at the end of a narrow driveway and could not be put into neutral. Caesar, the tow truck driver, show me what I needed to do to place the car in neutral and he pushed the car back to be able to load it onto the tow truck without damaging my bumper. I give Caesar five stars for his excellent service!

Cristian was great. I needed a specialized tow that was previously different to get with other operators. He kept me informed about the time that it would take, arrived on time and helped me through a quick and happy tow back to my house. Cristian and Blue Line were great.

Little did Ceaser know the car he towed was a vehicle that was gifted to my son from my dad who recently passed. Both me and my son were extremely stressed about getting the car back to NJ from NY. Ceaser was prompt and kept open communication with my son and I. Despite me being in Florida and my son's car stranded in Staten Island NY, Ceaser stayed in constant contact with us and completed his duty beyond our expectations. He deserves a raise and recognition for his effort and ability to be efficient. I need him here in FLORIDA lol Thanks Ceaser ❤️ 💙
